Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Items can be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- Return request initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods or food items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Intimate or sanitary goods
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at our support email or call our support number within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
- Get Approval: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Ship Back: Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging and ship to the address we provide. Include the RA number.
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days.
- Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days after approval
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (provide bank details)
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and better inventory management.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
