1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship throughout India. Delivery charges and timelines may vary based on your location. At checkout, you can check delivery availability by entering your pincode.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We offer two delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from order confirmation
  • Fast Delivery: 2-3 business days from order confirmation (available for select locations)

Processing time (1-2 business days) is included in the delivery timeframe. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer as specified on the product page.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location (pincode-based zones)
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected delivery speed (standard or fast)

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount (check product pages for details).

4. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin processing within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with order details and tracking information once your order is shipped.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided or by visiting the tracking page on our website. For Delhivery shipments, you can track directly on the Delhivery website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local delivery hub. You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery or pickup. If unclaimed after 7 days, the order may be returned to us and a return shipping fee may apply.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate:

  • Full name and contact number
  • Complete street address with landmarks
  • City, State, and correct Pincode
  • Any specific delivery instructions

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Address changes after order confirmation may incur additional charges.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at our support email or our support number. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or full refund. Please retain the packaging and item photos if damaged.

We use Delhivery and other trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping partners may vary based on your location and product type.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be available in the future. Please contact us if you need international shipping for bulk orders.
